treatments, utilizing

clinically recognized theory

and standards of care.  

Depending on your

situation, comfort level,

and learning style, together we will determine your course of treatment.  Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a common practice in the field that utilizes thoughts and behavioral changes.  I have extensive training and experience in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), which teaches core mindfulness skills, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness.
